AI + Humans: Shaping the Future of Innovation

Reflections from the FCEM event in Prague on AI, creativity and the importance of human-centered innovation.

What an inspiring day in Prague!

I recently had the pleasure of joining the 73rd World Congress of Femmes Chefs d’Entreprises Mondiales (FCEM), a global network connecting women entrepreneurs from around the world. Surrounded by different perspectives, inspiring conversations and a shared curiosity about the future, I had the opportunity to speak about a topic very close to my heart: AI can accelerate innovation. But humans give it meaning.

At N+P, we believe innovation starts with understanding people. AI gives us powerful new tools to analyze, generate, visualize and personalize at incredible speed. But while AI can generate possibilities, humans decide which possibilities matter.

For me, it is not AI versus humans. It is AI + humans.

AI can recognize patterns. Humans can question them.

AI can generate. Humans can curate.

AI can optimize. Humans can empathize.

AI can personalize. Humans can surprise.

A big thank you to FCEM and everyone involved for the inspiring conversations, openness and positive energy.

And in the age of AI, that last sentence matters more than ever.
