Siemens NEOM

High-speed train design for a new era

Project Brief

We designed a visionary high-speed train concept for Siemens, tailored to NEOM and the evolving mobility landscape of the Arabian Peninsula. This project bridges cultural identity, advanced technology, and modern luxury, shaping a travel experience that feels both regionally grounded and boldly futuristic.

The result is a flexible design system, from exterior expression to adaptable interior modules, ready to evolve alongside NEOM’s forward-looking urban ambitions.

Direction 1: Calm Luxury

Inspired by NEOM’s harmony-with-nature vision, the first concept pairs natural materials, soft tonal gradients, and elegant simplicity. Cultural motifs are re-interpreted in a modern architectural language, delivering a warm, grounded travel atmosphere.

First Class

Warm oranges, yellows, and neutrals create a subtle, contemporary luxury — calm, spacious, and inviting.

Second Class
A green-driven palette with natural tones delivers a grounded, comfort-first atmosphere — familiar, welcoming, and contemporary.

Direction 2: Urban Energy

This concept embodies NEOM’s technological ambition and architectural boldness. It feels sleek, expressive, and future-driven, with immersive lighting and sculpted surfaces.

First Class
Refined neutrals with deep red and blue accents and glossy reflection — a clean, high-tech premium tone.

Second Class
Vibrant blue-purple transitions, geometric patterns, and layered textures create an energetic, futuristic interior identity.

Design Outcome: A Visionary Travel Identity

The Siemens NEOM train concepts deliver:

  • A distinct, future-ready design identity
  • Two CMF visions that balance culture, innovation, and clarity
  • Modular interiors prepared for continuous evolution
  • A refined blend of comfort, technology, and expressive form

A future rail experience shaped by culture, ambition, and progressive design thinking, built for the world NEOM is creating.
